thin walls unhelpful staff
The location was quite convenient. Many shops and restaurants are nearby.
The walls seemed very thin. I could hear everything my neighbors did. this made it hard to sleep and rest properly. also, the reception staff did not provide much helpful information or assistance , the staff seemed very distant and not too willing to help.

fantastic stay!
clean room new furnishings beef noodles convenient location
the room was clean, it featured new furnishings and a dyson hair dryer! sister hua beef noodles were just around the corner, a great addition. i was able to get a power adapter at reception, i appreciated it. the location proved to be very convenient.
the walls felt thin! i could hear neighbors easily, it was sometimes disruptive.

the staff was professional and attentive! they promptly provided an iron upon request. i received helpful assistance with a power adapter at the reception. i felt supported.

my beautiful family room on level 28 included a harbour view. the room also contained a humidifier. a dyson hair dryer was also included. the daily room cleaning was thorough.
